We invite you to one of the largest Coaches Clinics in the COUNTRY!
Ohio State’s Annual Wrestling Coaches Clinic would like to invite your company to be a vendor at our event! This is one of the largest wrestling coaches clinics in the country which means your product or service will be exposed to over 450 wrestling coaches from Ohio and around the country. These coaches have massive influence over their athletes, their schools, and their community at large so if your product pertains to anything wrestling/fitness/health related, you do not want to miss this tremendous marketing opportunity.
The clinic will take place in the Covelli Center which is adjacent to the Jennings Practice Facility. This allows us to set up the clinic much like a trade show/convention with breakout sessions throughout the day.
The registration fee for this event includes your own booth set up in the same area where the entire two-day clinic will be held. We provide the tables and the power for your booth, but please remember to bring anything else you may need such as power strips, extension cords, TV’s, etc. The Covelli Center concourse floor will not be available for setup until 3:00 PM. Your booth must be torn down and everything removed by 3:00 PM on October 25th. Two parking passes are included for a single booth, and three parking passes are included for a double booth. Additional parking passes may be purchased during check-in.
Vendors are not permitted to sell any merchandise on site.

CLINIC SCHEDULE
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 24, 2019
3:00 pm-6:15 pm: Sign in and setup in Covelli Center (enter on SW Side)
Doors will open for set-up starting at 3:00p.m. Vendors are not permitted in the Covelli Center prior to 3:00p.m. Booth location is pre-assigned and will be granted by first to register priority. Coaches start registering at 4:00p.m.
SESSION I
6:15 pm: Welcome: Tom Ryan
6:30 pm: Keynote Speaker
7:15 pm: The Ohio State University Wrestling Team Practice
7:00 pm – 10:00 pm: Coaches Social in Covelli Center
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 25, 2019
7:30 – 8:30 am: Continental breakfast & Registration (for coaches who did not register or check-in on the first day)
