Women's Soccer Elite College ID Clinics
*CLINIC CANCELLED*
CAMP DESCRIPTION
The Ohio State University Women’s Soccer Program will host Elite College ID Clinics open to any and all girls currently in grades 8 – 12. The clinic is for the serious soccer player who is looking to sharpen her game and connect with the demands of a top collegiate program. This is an exciting opportunity to learn from the Buckeyes who have made the NCAA Tournament 9 times in the past 10 years, in 2011 reached their second consecutive NCAA Sweet Sixteen apparance, were 2010 NCAA College Cup semi-finalists, 2012 Big Ten Tournament Champions, and 2017 Big Ten Champions.
The clinic will utilize Ohio State’s top-of-the-line facilities. Instruction will be guided by Ohio State’s seasoned staff who are some of the best in the business and will be complemented by current Buckeye players and Ohio State strength and conditioning staff. The clinic will address both the technical and tactical areas of soccer as well as speed and agility training. These are the essential building blocks to give the motivated young athlete tools to be successful at the next level. A separate goalkeeping curriculum will be available to address the needs of young netminders.
