COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State swimming’s Kristen Romano will race among the world’s best short course swimmers this week as she competes for Puerto Rico at the 2021 FINA World Swimming Championships (25m) in Abu Dhabi. The meet runs from Dec. 16-21 at the Etihad Arena.
Romano, a senior All-American for the Buckeyes, will race the 200m and 400m IM. This is her second world championships, having previously represented Puerto Rico at the 2019 World Championships in the 200 IM. She will swim the 400m IM on Thursday and the 200m IM on Monday.
