Mike Conley (6’1”-PG-87, graduated ’07, plays in the NBA) Despite Conley’s 31 points the Memphis Grizzlies (20-30) lost 107-118 on the road to the Charlotte Hornets. He was the top scorer and was perfect 9-for-9 from the free-throw line in 36 minutes. It’s Conley’s 12th season with the team. Conley has very impressive stats this year: 20.0ppg, 3.3rpg, 6.2apg and 1.4spg in 49 games.

D’Angelo Russell (6’5”-SG-96, graduated ’15, plays pro in the NBA) led Brooklyn Nets to a victory over the Sacramento Kings (25-25) crushing them 123-94 in Monday night’s game. He was MVP of the game. Russell scored 31 points, had 4 rebounds and dished 8 assists in 32 minutes. The Brooklyn Nets have 27-23 record this season. It was his team’s sixth consecutive victory. Aaron Craft (6’2”-PG-91, graduated ’14, plays pro in Italy) couldn’t help Dolomiti En. TR (7-9) in their last game on Sunday. Despite Craft’s very good performance Dolomiti En. TR was edged 79-76 on their home court in Trento by the higher-ranked Happy Casa BR (#8). He was the second best scorer with 16 points. Craft also added 4 rebounds and dished 8 assists. Craft has relatively good stats this season 10.2ppg, 3.7rpg, 5.8apg and 2.3spg.

Othello Hunter (6’8”-C-86, graduated ’08, plays pro in Russia) contributed to CSKA‘s victory against the closely-ranked FC Barcelona (11-9) 84-76 in the Euroleague last Friday. He scored 8 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 19 minutes. CSKA Moscow (14-6) is placed third in the Euroleague. This year Hunter averages 8.4ppg and 4.6rpg in 20 games. He is a naturalized Liberian.
DeShaun Thomas (6’7”-PF-91, graduated ’13, currently in Greece) was the main contributor in Panathinaikos‘ victory against the eighth-ranked Ifestos (8-7) crushing them 84-62 in the Greek A1 last Monday. Thomas was MVP of the game. He scored 15 points and grabbed 9 rebounds. Panathinaikos Superfoods Athens (14-0) is placed first in the A1. So far his team won all fourteen games in the Regular Season. It’s Thomas’ first season with the team. Thomas averages 12.0ppg, 4.3rpg and 1.3apg.
Jon Diebler (6’6”-G/F-88) plays for Darussafaka in Turkish BSL contributed to Darussafaka‘s victory against the closely-ranked Turk Telekom 94-87 in the Turkish BSL last Monday. He scored 13 points and added 6 passes in 33 minutes. This year Diebler averages 9.3ppg, 2.3rpg and 1.7apg in six games.
Amedeo Della Valle (6’4”-SG-93, graduated ’14, plays in Italy) contributed to an easy victory against the eighth-ranked Virtus Bologna 94-75 in the Italian Serie A on Sunday night. Evan Ravenel (6’9”-C/F-89, graduated ’13, currently in Japan) contributed to Fukushima‘s victory against the third-ranked Cyberdyne IR 97-93 in the Japanese B2 League on Monday night. He was MVP of the game. Ravenel recorded a double-double by scoring 26 points and getting 14 rebounds. He also added 6 assists. This season Ravenel averages 20.9ppg, 9.3rpg and 3.0apg.
Amir Williams (6’11”-C-92, graduated ’15, plays in Uruguay) was not able to help one of league’s weakest teams Hebraica (1-8) in their last game on Thursday. Despite his very good performance Hebraica was defeated 92-83 in a derby game by the second-ranked Olimpia. Williams scored 15 points, had 5 rebounds and made 2 blocks. Williams has relatively good stats this season 10.3ppg and 5.7rpg.
Zisis Sarikopoulos (7’0”-C-90, graduated ’10, currently in Belarus) couldn’t help Tsmoki-Minsk (2-11) in their last game on Sunday. Despite Sarikopoulos’ very good performance the bottom-ranked Tsmoki-Minsk was defeated 95-82 at home by the higher-ranked Kalev/Cramo (#8). He recorded a double-double by scoring 16 points and getting 11 rebounds. Sarikopoulos also added 3 blocks. This season Sarikopoulos averages 9.4ppg, 6.8rpg, 1.2apg and 1.2bpg.
Jae’Sean Tate (6’4”-F-95, graduated ’18, plays pro in Belgium) couldn’t help Telenet Giants Antwerp in their game against Hapoel Jerusalem in the Basketball Champions League. Despite his good performance in Wednesday night’s game He was the top scorer with 12 points. Tate has relatively good stats this season 13.9ppg, 5.9rpg and 2.1apg.
David Lighty (6’6”-G/F-88) was not able to help ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket (13-5) in their last game.
