COLUMBUS, Ohio – The No. 24/24 Ohio State women’s basketball team (8-2, 1-1 Big Ten) wraps up its non-conference schedule at San Diego State (6-4) on Tuesday afternoon. Tip-off is scheduled for 4 p.m. ET. The game will be broadcast live on Mountain West Network (login required) and AM 1460.

All fans and media members will be required to show their COVID-19 vaccination card or proof of a negative test within 72 hours of the game for entry to the arena.

Tickets for the 2021-22 season in Value City Arena in the Schottenstein Center are now available. Fans can purchase mini planssingle-game tickets and group tickets. All group tickets must be bought in advance by calling 1-800-GO-BUCKS and then selecting option two.   • The Buckeyes’ game at UCLA scheduled for Dec. 19 was canceled due to COVID-19 protocols within the Bruins program.
  • Ohio State is coming off a 97-51 win against Alabama State on Wednesday in the final home non-conference game of the year.
  • Taylor Mikesell drained seven three-pointers (season-high 27 points) against ASU, an individual game-high for the Buckeyes this season and just two shy of the single-game program record.
  • Rebeka Mikulášiková earned the first double-double of her career with 12 points and 11 rebounds, while Rikki Harris scored a career-high 12 points. Jacy Sheldon (14) and Kateri Poole (11) also rounded out five Buckeyes in double figures.
  • San Diego State holds a 6-4 record this season and is 4-1 at home.The Aztecs are on a two-game win streak after earning a 65-57 victory at home against UC San Diego on Friday night.
  • Sophia Ramos leads SDSU in point production (15.0 ppg) and on the boards (5.6 rpg). Mercedes Staples and Asia Avinger join Ramos in double figures, averaging 10.3 and 10.2 points per game, respectively.
  • This is the first meeting between Ohio State and San Diego State in program history.
