COLUMBUS, Ohio – The No. 20/20 Ohio State women’s basketball team (6-1, 1-0 Big Ten) hosts Mount St. Mary’s (1-6) on Tuesday evening. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. The game will be broadcast live on B1G+ (subscription required) and AM 1460.

  • Ohio State is coming off of a 70-53 victory in the Big Ten opener at Purdue on Sunday.
  • Taylor Mikesell (16) and Jacy Sheldon (12) continued their streaks of scoring in double figures in each game this season, while Braxtin Miller recorded a season-high 16 points and Rebeka Mikulášiková (13) also reached double figures.
  • Mikesell recorded the Buckeyes’ first double-double of the season, adding 10 rebounds.
  • Mount St. Mary’s holds a 1-6 record after suffering a 56-55 loss at Loyola on Saturday evening as Loyola made the game-winner with 11 seconds on the game clock.
  • Kendall Bresee leads a trio of Mountaineers averaging double figures this season with 13.2 points per game. Aryna Taylor (10.4) and Michaela Harrison (10.0) also average double figures through the first seven games. Isabella Hunt is the team’s leading rebounder, averaging 6.6 boards per game.
  • This is the first meeting in program history between Ohio State and Mount St. Mary’s.
