- "We were looking for a response coming out of last week, which I thought we got. Regardless of the opponent, we want clean execution. On offense, we want them running; on defense, we want energy and passion, which I thought we had. Even at the end of the half, we stumbled around on those two drives in the red zone and short-yardage situations, but we kept fighting, and then we got a Hail Mary pass. That part of it, to me, was encouraging. There are issues that are going to come up on the film. We're going to get on the film tomorrow and get it fixed. I think, for maybe some of the younger players, it was another opportunity to get on the field and build some confidence going into conference play."
