
Complete 20-Game Big Ten Schedule Announced

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State's 20-game Big Ten schedule for the upcoming 2026-27 season was announced on Wednesday by the Big Ten Conference. The Buckeyes will open conference play on Dec. 2 at Nebraska before hosting Maryland in their conference home opener on Dec. 6. Start times and television assignments for the entire schedule will be announced at a later date.
Season tickets for the 2026-27 season are currently on sale. The Buckeye NutHouse Student Package will go on sale Wednesday, Sept. 23. Season Flex Passes and Mini Plans (4-game and 8-game options) will be available beginning Thursday, Sept. 24 at 10 a.m., while single-game tickets will go on sale Thursday, Oct. 8 at 10 a.m.

Following the conference opener at Nebraska, the Buckeyes return to Value City Arena to host Maryland on Dec. 6. Ohio State then resumes Big Ten play after the holiday break with a Dec. 30 matchup against Oregon in Columbus before opening January with a road trip to Iowa on Jan. 2.
Ohio State will play eight conference games in January, highlighted by home contests against Northwestern, Penn State, Michigan State and Iowa. The Buckeyes also will make road trips to Illinois, Purdue and Michigan during the month.
The February schedule features a west coast swing to UCLA and USC on Feb. 17 and 20, respectively. The Buckeyes will also host Wisconsin, Washington and Rutgers during the month before closing road play at Indiana on Feb. 28.
Ohio State wraps up the regular season on March 7 when it hosts Michigan at Value City Arena. The 2027 Big Ten Men's Basketball Tournament will be held March 9-14 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
Prior to conference play, the Buckeyes will face Cincinnati in a preseason exhibition on Oct. 7 in Mason, Ohio, and host Butler in an exhibition game on Oct. 25. Ohio State opens the regular season on Nov. 2 against BYU in Salt Lake City before welcoming Youngstown State for its home opener on Nov. 6. Non-conference highlights include a road game at UConn on Nov. 13, a home matchup with Vanderbilt on Nov. 24 and a meeting with Kansas in the CBS Sports Classic at Madison Square Garden on Dec. 19.
