COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State women's volleyball team (2-1) heads to Norman, Okla. to compete in the 2026 Allstate Big Ten/SEC Challenge Wednesday, Sept. 2-Thursday, Sept. 3.

Match Information
- The Buckeyes will face Ole Miss (2-1) in their first match of the inaugural Allstate Big Ten/SEC Challenge on Wednesday, Sept. 2 at 6 p.m. ET. Ohio State takes on Oklahoma (2-0) on Thursday, Sept. 4 at 8 p.m. ET.
- Both matches will be streamed on SECN+.

- The Buckeyes opened the 2026 season hosting the inaugural Jim Stone Challenge at the Covelli Center. Ohio State went 2-1 on the weekend, falling to Bowling Green, 3-1 (21-25, 21-25, 26-24, 22-25) on Friday before bouncing back for a 3-0 (25-21, 25-15, 25-9) win against Fresno State on Saturday and a 3-1 (22-25, 25-20, 25-19, 25-17) victory over Northern Kentucky on Sunday.
- Against the Falcons, Mia Tuman had her first double-double of the season with 38 assists and 20 digs, which tied her career-high. Hannah Jones also had a double-double with 13 kills and a career-high 13 digs.
- Jones had a team-high 12 kills against Fresno State. Alia Schoonover led the team with three aces, which tied the career-high she set on Friday night.
- In the win against the Norse, Naomy Govou led all attackers with a career-high 20 kills. Schoonover notched a career-high 11 kills. Tuman had another double-double with 48 assists and 11 digs. Libero Emily Avshalomov recorded a career-high 20 digs.
Buckeye Leaders
- Jones leads the Buckeyes with 39 kills and is averaging a team-best 3.55 kills per set. Govou has 37 kills and is averaging 3.36 kills per set.
- Tuman has a team-high 116 assists and is averaging 10.55 assists per set.
- Avshalomov leads the team in digs with 48, which is 4.45 digs per set. Tuman is second in digs with 38 (3.45 per set).
- Schoonover leads the Buckeyes in service aces with seven and has also recorded a team-high 10 total blocks.
- Jones and Aneta Valentová are second in blocks with nine each.

- The Buckeyes return to Columbus to host the Sports Imports Classic Friday, Sept. 11-Sunday, Sept. 13. Ohio State faces Winthrop on Friday at 6 p.m., Southern Indiana on Saturday at 4 p.m. and Youngstown State at Sunday on 2 p.m.
