COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State women's golf opens the 2026-27 season on Monday when it travels to Hermitage, Pa., for the 12th Annual Roseann Schwartz Invitational Presented by Chick-fil-A Tiffany Square Plaza. The one-day, 36-hole event will be played at Avalon at Buhl Park and features an 11-team field.
The Buckeyes are coming off a season in which they advanced to the NCAA Championships and return a talented lineup that combines experience with proven collegiate success.
- The Buckeyes lineup will include Mandy Song, Matilde Santilli, Nellie Ong, Marina Joyce-Moreno and Sophie Eppelstun. Freshmen Victoria Livieres and Ama´lie Tauer will be making their collegiate debuts and playing as individuals.
- Song enters her junior season as one of the Buckeyes' most experienced competitors. The Beijing, China native was a regular contributor during Ohio State's NCAA Championship campaign and has emerged as one of the team's most consistent scorers. She paced the Buckeyes during the opening round of the NCAA Championships last May and had a great finish to the 2025-26 season.
- Santilli enjoyed a strong freshman campaign in 2025-26, playing in all 11 events and posting a 74.66 scoring average. The native of Ottershaw, England recorded a fourth-place finish at the Inverness Intercollegiate, earned five top-20 finishes and led the team at the NCAA Ann Arbor Regional with a sixth-place finish after shooting 1-under par for the tournament.
- Ong returns as one of the top players in the collegiate game. Fresh off a Curtis Cup appearance for Great Britain & Ireland, Ong led the Buckeye a season ago with a 72.91 scoring average and six Top 20 finishes. All but four of her 66 career rounds have counted towards the team score.
- Joyce-Moreno begins her sophomore season after gaining valuable experience during her first year as a Buckeye. The Spaniard was part of Ohio State's postseason run and continued to develop throughout the year against one of the nation's toughest schedules.
- Eppelstun made an immediate impact as a freshman and earned All-Big Ten Second Team honors. The Australian played in every event, posted a 73.70 scoring average and recorded three top-10 finishes. She finished third at the Spartan Sun Coast Invitational, placed fifth at the Inverness Intercollegiate and tied for fifth at the Big Ten Championship before also earning a top-10 finish at the NCAA Regional.
- Livieres and Tauer bring a wealth of international experience. Livieres was a South American Junior Champion and Tauer has represented the Czech Republic at a number of European events.
