Muzerall Named Hockey Canada National Women’s U18 Head Coach

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State women's hockey head coach Nadine Muzerall will serve as Hockey Canada's National Women's U18 Team head coach for 2026-27, Hockey Canada announced Thursday.
Muzerall, a Streetsville, Ontario, native, has coached with Hockey Canada in the past and is making her international head coaching debut with the U18 team. In 2017, she was on staff for the U22 team to the Nations Cup. She was on the coaching staff in 2016 for the U18 Rivalry Series and was named to the coaching staff for Canada's National Women's Development Team that same year. She has also coached at Canada's National Women's Under-18 Team selection camps.
Muzerall is entering her 11th season as head coach of the Buckeye women's hockey program. In her first decade at the helm, she turned the program into a perennial national power. The team has won two national titles, three WCHA Final Faceoff championships and two WCHA regular season trophies. She has coached 28 PWHL draft picks and 13 Ohio State Olympians.
Canada's National Women's Under-18 Team selection camp, presented by BFL CANADA, will take place Aug. 3-8 at the Richmond Olympic Oval. Once selected, the team will play a three-game series against the United States, Aug. 12-15 in Richmond, B.C.
