COLUMBUS, Ohio – Three members of the Ohio State men's lacrosse team - Cullen Brown, Blake Eiland and Caleb Fyock - earned All-American distinction by the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Thursday.
Brown is on the first team, Fyock is a second team honoree and Eiland earns the honorable mention nod. The trio pick up their third All-America award of the year after receiving the honor from Inside Lacrosse and USA Lacrosse as well.
The USILA award is also the second for Brown, Fyock and Eiland's respective careers. Brown becomes the fourth Buckeye, and third close defenseman, to earn the first team award.
Brown, a senior close defenseman, is a first team honoree this year after earning the honorable mention nod in 2025. The 2026 Big Ten Men's Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Year and First Team All-Big Ten performer led Ohio State with 31 caused turnovers this season and finished his Buckeye career as the program's season and career caused turnover record holder. Fyock was named to the third team this season. The junior goalie earned nine wins in 2026 and is second in the country with a 7.73 goals-against average in 2026. Fyock averaged 8.57 saves per game and finished the season with a Big Ten-best save percentage of .556.
Eiland was a starting short stick defensive midfielder for the Buckeyes in 2026, finishing the season with 17 ground balls and three caused turnovers in 11 games played. He was a key part of the team's play in transition, helping the team to a second-ranked clearing percentage (.919).
