2026-27 Big Ten Single & Double Play Opponents Announced

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Big Ten Conference announced on Tuesday the single and double play opponents for the 2026-27 conference schedule. The expanded 18-team league will play a 20-game schedule with 10 home and 10 away games.
Ohio State will play Iowa, Penn State and rival Michigan twice, once at home and once on the road. The Buckeyes will play the rest of the conference just one time.
The home-only games will be against Maryland, Michigan State, Northwestern, Oregon, Rutgers, Washington and Wisconsin.
The road-only games will be against Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Nebraska, Purdue, UCLA and USC. The Buckeyes split their Los Angeles road trip two years ago, winning at USC and losing to UCLA.
The dates for the conference games will be announced in early September. Ohio State’s non-conference schedule be announced later this summer.
