Serbia native played last season at Wasatch Academy in Utah
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State head coach Jake Diebler has made an addition to his 2026 signing class with the 7-1 center Vuk Lazarevic.
“I’m looking forward to Vuk joining our Buckeye family,” Diebler said. “His combination of size and skill fit our system, and he adds good depth to our front court. I can’t wait to watch him grow and develop in our program.”
Lazarevic is from Belgrade, Serbia where he played for one of the top clubs in Europe in Red Star Belgrade. He then moved to the states and played for Paul Peterson at Wasatch Academy in Mount Pleasant, Utah in 2025-26.
At Wasatch, Lazarevic earned a starting role and averaged 8.0 points, 4.8 rebounds, 0.5 assists and a team-high 1.2 blocks per game. He helped Wasatch earn a No. 7 seed in the Chipotle Nationals at the end of the season.
Lazarevic joins a 2026 signing class that includes the No. 8 overall prospect in Anthony Thompson as well as Ohio native Alex Smith.
