Curtis Givens III Added to the 2026-27 Roster

Givens III played at LSU and Memphis the last two seasons
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State head coach Jake Diebler has announced the addition of Curtis Givens III to the roster for the 2026-27 season. Givens III played the last two seasons at LSU and Memphis.
"I'm excited for Curtis to join our Buckeye family," Diebler said. "He fits what our program is about in every way. He's an experienced two-way guard that will provide versatility in the back court.
Last year at Memphis, Givens III played in 25 games and made 15 starts. He was third on the team in scoring at 9.4 points per game and shot over 36 percent from long range. The Memphis, Tenn., native scored 14 or more points six times, including a 20-point effort at Ole Miss.
As a freshman at LSU, he appeared in all 32 games with 12 starts, all against SEC opponents. He held averages of 4.8 points, 1.7 rebounds and 1.6 assists. That followed a high school career that culminated in a national championship at Montverde Academy during his senior year. He was the No. 39 ranked player in the 2024 class according to in the ESPN Rankings.
