The Buckeyes lost by a 74-61 margin on Wednesday night in Minneapolis.
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – The No. 10/10 Ohio State women's basketball team (22-5, 11-4 B1G) fell to No. 23/23 Minnesota (21-6, 12-4 B1G) on Wednesday night in Williams Arena by a 74-61 margin.

Each team scored three consecutive baskets and led during the first quarter as Ohio State was ahead 16-14 after 10 minutes. The Buckeyes started the second quarter with the first seven points and led by a 29-26 margin going into the locker room. The Gophers took the lead early in the third quarter and led by a 53-42 margin after 30 minutes. The Buckeyes got as close as six points down the stretch but the Gophers scored the final seven points to put the game away.

Elsa Lemmilä recorded 10 rebounds in the first half. Jaloni Cambridge was the first Buckeye to reach double figures and finished with 23 points. Chance Gray also scored in double figures with 17 points.
