Webster Nets Four Goals as Buckeyes Shut Out Ball State

A career-high four goals from Makenna Webster helped the Buckeyes to victory. It is the first career shutout for goalkeeper Maddie Stevens.
Game Recap
- The Buckeyes opened scoring in the game, with the first goal of the season belonging to Zella Bailey. She scored just over three minutes into the first quarter, off of a feed from Lindsey Roberts, to put Ohio State ahead, 1-0.
- Loryn Jordon scored unassisted 12:14 into the first quarter to give the Buckeyes a 2-0 lead.
- Webster picked up her first goal of the season a little over one minute into the second quarter to put the Buckeyes ahead, 3-0. She was assisted by Philippa Schipper.
- Raleigh Kerst scored her first career goal 2:45 into the second quarter. Kerst's goal gave Ohio State a 4-0 lead. Bailey earned the assist.
