- Bramblett helped the women's soccer team to a pair of shutout victories last week, including a 3-0 win over Indiana which had been the second-highest scoring team in the country entering the week.
- Bramlett had an assist in the win over the Hoosiers and then headed home her first goal of the season in the win over Brown on Sunday.
- Bramblett has been an anchor on the back line for the team this season as she played the full 90 minutes in all but one match and has been a key reason the team has surrendered just three goals in eight matches thus far.
- In her first round since the NCAA Regionals after suffering an injury and undergoing surgery, Choi fired a three-under 69 in the opening round of the Folds of Honor Collegiate last week. Â
- Her round was just two strokes shy of her career-best round of 67. It was the lowest round by any Buckeye at the Folds of Honor Collegiate. Â
- Choi finished tied for 21stt place with a 54-hole score of 222 (+6) and helped Ohio State to a third-place finish. Â
- Londot moved up among the Ohio State all-time career leaders this past weekend. She now ranks second in kills (1,864), third in points (2,113), ninth in block assists (328) and 18th in digs (1,030 – including her 1,000th career dig). Â
- This season, Londot leads Ohio State and the Big Ten with 4.56 kills per set. She also leads the Buckeyes in points (173.5), aces (14) and digs per set among non-liberos (2.19). Â
- This past weekend, Londot averaged 5.00 kills, 2.83 digs and 1.08 blocks/set and also led the team with seven aces. She recorded a double-double in all three matches and led every match in kills. She was named Big Ten Player of the Week for the seventh time in her career Monday.Â
- Roberts broke a scoreless tie against No. 18 Old Dominion on Sunday with a goal late in the third quarter, as Ohio State went on to defeat ODU, 2-1, to remain unbeaten at 6-0.Â
- It was Roberts' second goal of the season; the junior, who has played in every game, also scored vs. Bucknell on Sept. 1.Â
- The Buckeyes rose two spots in this week's NFHCA poll and are now ranked No. 6 – the highest ranking during head coach Jarred Martin's tenure. Â
- Spencer was a combined 5-1 to lead the Buckeyes in the season-opening Debbie Southern Furman Fall Classic.Â
- She claimed the Flight 5 singles title with three wins, all in three sets. In the flight final Sunday, Spencer dropped the first set 6-1 before taking the second by the same score. She did not allow a point in a tiebreak to clinch the third set, 7-6 (0), and take the match.Â
- Spencer paired with Dani Schoenly to go 2-1 in doubles, with two 6-3 victories Saturday.Â
- Trejo improved to 2-0-1 on the year with a 1-0 clean sheet in goal vs. Butler.
- He helped the Buckeyes to an undefeated non-conference record at 5-0-1.
- The redshirt junior recorded his sixth career solo shutout to extend Ohio State's win streak to five.
- Trejo faced just eight shots and one on frame in the win over the Bulldogs
- His effort earned him the Big Ten Goalkeeper of the Week honor.
