Ohio State will host 12 B1G games in Columbus, closing regular season vs. Michigan
COLUMBUS, Ohio – The full 2024-25 schedule for the Ohio State men's hockey team has been released, with the Big Ten announcing conference matchups and dates Wednesday. Times and broadcast information will be determined as the season nears.

The Buckeyes will host 12 B1G games, along with five nonconference matchups and one exhibition game, in Value City Arena. Ohio State will travel for 11 Big Ten road games, as well as an outdoor game vs. Michigan in Wrigley Field as part of the Frozen Confines series and five non-league road matchups.

Season tickets, which start as low as $167, are on sale now, with information on single game, miniplan and group tickets coming soon. Ticket information and purchasing options are online HERE. Customer service representatives are available via phone Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Parking is free for all men's hockey home games.

The Buckeyes' season begins with an exhibition game vs. Niagara at 2 p.m. Oct. 6. Admission for the contest vs. the Purple Eagles is free for all fans. The regular season kicks off at home with games vs. American International Oct. 11-12.

The Buckeyes begin their Big Ten campaign with a series at Wisconsin Oct. 18-19 before stepping out of conference for series with Bowling Green and Lake Superior State. The Buckeyes and Falcons will meet in a home-and-home series Oct. 25-26, with the series opener in Columbus and game two in Bowling Green. The Lakers will visit Value City Arena Nov. 1-2.

After a B1G matchup at Michigan State Nov. 8-9, Ohio State will have back-to-back nonconference road series, playing at Lindenwood Nov. 15-16 and at Princeton Nov. 29-30.

The first part of the season concludes with home Big Ten series against Penn State Dec. 6-7 and Notre Dame Dec. 13-14.

The Frozen Confines: Big Ten Hockey Series at Wrigley Field in Chicago opens the slate in the new year. Ohio State will take on Michigan in the outdoor game Jan. 3 and the Buckeyes and Wolverines will then meet in Ann Arbor Jan. 5.

Seven straight B1G series close the regular season, with home and road series alternating for the Scarlet and Gray. Ohio State will host Minnesota Jan. 10-11, Michigan State Jan. 30-31, Wisconsin Feb. 14-15 and Michigan Feb. 27-28. The conference road matchups in that stretch are Jan. 24-25 at Penn State, Feb. 7-8 at Notre Dame and Feb. 21-22 at Minnesota.

The Big Ten Tournament will again be on campus sites. The No. 1 seed will receive a quarterfinal bye, with seeds Nos. 2-4 hosting No. 5-7 in best-of-three series March 7-9. The No. 1 seed and the highest remaining seed will host semifinals March 15 and the championship will be played at the highest remaining seed March 22.
