Keiser, Kiss & Hollowell Conclude Season at NCAA Championships

The 2024 NCAA Rifle Championships were hosted by West Virginia and took place March 8 & 9
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Derek Keiser and Paige Hollowell represented Ohio State as individual qualifiers in smallbore. Derek fired a 584 to finish in 18th while Paige fired a 575 to finish in 40th. In air rifle Ohio State was again represented by Derek Keiser and Viktor Kiss. Kiss fired a 595 to finish in 10th while Derek fired a 592 to finish in 27th.
As a team Ohio State will finish 10th in the final rankings based on their performance from the NCAA Qualifier.
Coach Tanoue: "Derek, Viktor, and Paige did a fantastic job at the NCAA Championships and really represented themselves and Ohio State well. There were a lot of good things both from a performance and experience standpoint that they will be able to carry forward into next season. On the team side we'll finish the season 10th which of course stings as we were so close to qualifying as a team for the NCAA Championships. That said the team had an amazing season setting many program records and I am excited for what the future holds for our team."
