COLUMBUS, Ohio – The No. 13 Ohio State men's swimming and diving team is gearing up to host the 2024 Big Ten Championships at McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion this Wednesday through Saturday.

- Finals will begin at 5:00 p.m. each day and prelims will begin at 10:00 a.m. Thursday through Saturday.

- The Buckeyes placed second at the 2023 Big Ten Championships. It was the 14th consecutive season Ohio State has finished in the top three at the conference championships.
- Ohio State won 11 total medals in 2023, including seven individual medals and four relay medals.
- Pete Krusinski, Ruslan Gaziev and Charlie Clark were named to the All-Big Ten First Team and Daniel Baltes and Lyle Yost were named to the Second Team.
- Clark won gold in the 1650 free for the second straight year. He finished in a time of 14:41.75, which was an NCAA B cut and nine seconds ahead of the second-place finisher.
- Gaziev placed first in the 100 free with an NCAA A standard time of 41.38, which was also a program record, a Big Ten Championships record and a pool record at Michigan's Canham Natatorium.
- The Buckeyes also won the 200 medley relay, with the team of Alex Quach, Krusinski, James Ward and Gaziev finishing in an NCAA A standard time of 1:23.03, which was also a Canham Natatorium record.
- 20 Buckeyes have turned in an NCAA B cut time in at least one event this season: Henry Dvorak (100 fly), Nathan Holty (400 IM), Gaziev (50 free, 100 free, 200 free, 100 back), Baltes (50 free), Tomas Navikonis (200 free, 500 free), Alex Axon (500 free, 1650 free), Clark (500 free), Sam Campbell (500 free, 1650 free,e), Sam Campbell (500 free, 1650 free 400 IM), Alex Metzler (500 free, 1650 free, 400 IM), Tristan Jankovics (500 free, 200 back, 200 IM, 400 IM), Josh Bedford (1650 free), Mason Edmund (1650 free), Luke Paxton (200 back), Pete Krusinski (100 breast), Billy Regan (200 breast), Chachi Gustafson (100 fly, 200 fly), Evan Fentress (100 fly), Owen Conley (400 IM), Will Bansberg (400 IM) and Bob Fick (200 fly).
- All six divers have recorded an NCAA Zones qualifying score in at least two events: Lyle Yost (1-meter, 3-meter, platform), Clayton Chaplin (1-meter, 3-meter, platform), Jack Matthews (1-meter, 3-meter, platform), Tyler Read (1-meter, 3-meter), Mo Noaman (1-meter, 3-meter, platform) and Kylie Flory (1-meter, 3-meter, platform).
