
Buckeyes Score a 197.125 in Win Over Iowa

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The No. 13 Ohio State women's gymnastics team earned its fourth consecutive win on Friday night in Iowa City, Iowa, recording a score of 197.125 to defeat the Hawkeyes.

Tory Vetter tied the program all-around record with a 39.625 against Iowa. She recorded career-bests on vault and uneven bars, scoring a 9.925 and 9.900, respectfully. She won the vault and beam titles and tied for first with Nicole Riccardi on uneven bars. The redshirt sophomore also scored a 9.900 on beam and floor.Â

Riccardi picked up two scores of 9.900 for the Buckeyes on vault and uneven bars. Her 9.900 on vault tied her career best.

Ohio State's best event of the night was vault, with the team scoring a 49.400. In addition to Vetter and Riccardi, Payton Harris also scored a score of 9.900.

The team won the vault, uneven bars (49.200) and beam (49.150) titles.
