Navikonis Punches Ticket to 2024 Paris Olympics

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Tomas Navikonis has punched his ticket to the 2024 Paris Olympics with Team Lithuania after a seventh-place finish in the 4x200 freestyle relay at the World Aquatics Championships in Doha, Qatar.
Navikonis and his teammates swam the relay in 7:11.47.
This will be Navikonis' first trip to the Olympics. He is the second member of the Ohio State swimming and diving program to qualify for the Paris Olympics; diver Lena Hentschel qualified for Team Germany on the 3-meter synchronized and 3-meter springboard dives.
Swimming events in Paris will take place July 27 through August 4.
