- Women’s gymnastics tied its record score on beam (49.525), earned at least a share of every event title and improved to 4-2 and 3-1 in the Big Ten with a 197.350-196.650 win over Penn State.

- New head coach Amanda Moore has her women’s lacrosse team 2-0 after the first weekend of play with wins over Robert Morris and Kent State.

- The No. 1 women’s hockey team swept an opponent for the 12th time this season – Minnesota State on the road – and is now 26-2 overall and 23-1 in the WCHA.

- The No. 1 men’s tennis team swept all six singles matches in a 6-1 win over No. 4 South Carolina to improve to 9-0 on the season.

- Men’s lacrosse is 2-0 so far on the young season after its 13-6 win Saturday over Cleveland State.

- Men’s volleyball split two matches on the road – a win at Lewis and a loss at Loyola Chicago – and is now 8-3 overall and 2-1 in the MIVA.



- Women’s tennis competed at the ITA National Team Indoor Championships in Seattle and went 1-2 against three Top 10 teams, including a win over No. 7 Georgia. The team is 6-3 on the year.






- First pitch of the softball season was this weekend in Miami. The Buckeyes went 4-1 to win the Felsberg Invite, including wins over Florida International (twice), Southeast Missouri and Stony Brook. Senior pitcher Emily Ruck tossed her third career no-hitter in the win over Stony Brook.

- The men’s and women’s track & field teams had split squads competing at the Clemson Tiger Paw Invitational and the David Hemery Valentine Invitational at Boston University. A highlight was pole vaulter Daniel Edwards clearing a personal-best 16’4.75” at Clemson to earn his first career victory.
The Buckeye men now have three in the top-six in program history of the 5000m and Daniel Edwards earned his first collegiate win to cap the weekend's competition!

- Four Buckeyes have now qualified for the 2024 Paris Summer Olympic Games: Pistol shooter Katelyn Abeln (USA), diver Lena Hentschel (Germany) and synchronized swimmers Nikki Dzurko and Ruby Remati (USA).
