The 2024-25 PWHL season is underway and 15 Buckeyes are rostered across the league. Follow along for updates throughout the season.
Week 1
Buckeye rookies Cayla Barnes, Hannah Bilka, Jenn Gardiner and Gabby Rosenthal recorded their first points in their debuts.
Gardiner scored Montréal Victoire's third goal to tie the game, forcing overtime against Ottawa. She was assisted by fellow Buckeye Barnes.
Rosenthal scored the Sirens' second of three unanswered goals against the Frost to help the team win its season opener, 4-3, against the reigning Walter Cup champions.
Hannah Bilka earned the second assist on Boston's lone goal in the season opener.
Toronto Sceptres forward Emma Maltais recorded an empty netter for her team in the 3-1 win over the Fleet.
