
Six Named to CSC Academic All-District

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Six members of the Ohio State women's soccer team have been awarded College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Honors.
The Academic All-District Women's Soccer Team recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. To qualify, student-athletes must maintain a 3.50 GPA, have a minimum of one year completed at their current institution and have played in at least 90% of their team's contests from the current season.
Kailyn Dudukovich earns Academic All-District honors for the third time while Mirann Gacioch earns the honor for the second time. This is the first honor for Ava Bramblett, Mia McSweeney, Molly Pritchard and Amanda Schlueter.
Dudukovich is second in the country with 18 goals on the year. The unanimous first team All-Big Ten honoree has set the program's all-time record for goals in a career with 43 and is tied for the most points in a career with 96. She has scored a goal in eight of the last 11 matches, totaling 10 goals during that stretch. She is an actuarial science major and a business & economics minor.
Gacioch has played in and started every match this season and has been one of the anchors on the back line. She assisted on a pair of goals in the Buckeyes' 4-1 win in the NCAA Tournament opening round match against James Madison. She is majoring in sport industry and minoring in business.
Bramblett has joined Gacioch in being a force on the back line. The Noblesville, Ind. native has three goals and an assist this season. She had a thrilling goal in the 90th minute against Northwestern to give the Buckeyes a 2-1 victory. Bramblett is majoring in health sciences.
Pritchard has started every game in goal this season and has a career-best 0.86 goals against average. She has made 81 saves and has four shutouts on the year. Pritchard is a sport industry major.
Schlueter is leading the Big Ten in assists with 11 as she is one assist shy of the program's single-season record. The pre-health sciences major also has a career-best nine goals for 29 points, which is in the Top 30 nationally this season.
McSweeney is in her first season with the program. The Oregon transfer has played and started all 21 matches this season and has been part of seven shutouts. She is majoring in management.
