Clark Collects Weekly Conference Honors

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Charlie Clark has earned Big Ten Men's Swimmer of the Week honors for the second time this season, announced by the conference on Wednesday.
Clark, who was also named Swimmer of the Week on Jan. 10 after his performance against Hawaii, had a strong weekend at the Tim Welsh Classic.
Clark was the winner of both distance events, placing first in the 500 free with an NCAA B standard time of 4:18.54 and first in the 1000 free with a time of 8:49.68.
He finished fifth in the 200 free, touching the wall at 1:39.16.
The Buckeyes are back in action on Friday, Feb. 2 when they host the Pitt Panthers at 3:00 p.m.
