Women’s Volleyball 2023 Schedule Announced

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Big Ten Conference announced the 2023 women’s volleyball conference schedule on Wednesday. The conference slate features 10 home matches inside the Covelli Center. Ohio State also hosts Georgia Tech in the non-conference portion of the schedule at the beginning of September.
Ohio State opens the conference schedule at Nebraska on Friday, Sept. 22 and continues its trip at Iowa on Sunday, Sept. 24. The Buckeyes host Wisconsin in their home opener on Friday, Sept. 29.
Other home matches for OSU include: Maryland (Oct. 1), Illinois (Oct. 13), Purdue (Oct. 15), Northwestern (Oct. 26), Minnesota (Nov. 3), Indiana (Nov. 4), Michigan State (Nov. 8), Penn State (Nov. 24) and Rutgers (Nov. 25).
Additional road matches for the Buckeyes include: Rutgers (Oct. 6), Penn State (Oct. 7), Wisconsin (Oct. 18), Indiana (Oct. 21), Michigan (Oct. 29), Maryland (Nov. 12), Illinois (Nov. 17) and Minnesota (No. 18).
The Buckeyes open the 2023 season with the NKU Tournament on Aug. 25 and 26 against Northern Kentucky, Bowling Green and Eastern Tennessee. Ohio State hosts Georgia Tech on Saturday, Sept. 1 and Sunday, Sept. 2. OSU travels to Stanford to face Stanford and Oregon in the Big Ten/Pac 12 Challenge on Sept. 8-9. The Buckeyes then wrap up the non-conference schedule at Texas on Sept. 14 and at Baylor on Sept. 15.
