- Ohio State has won nine consecutive games against the Badgers.
- Ohio State leads the all-time series, 62-18-5, including a 32-7-3 record vs. Wisconsin in Columbus.
- Ohio State is 71-28 all-time in night games, including 21-5 at Ohio Stadium, and has won 10 of its last 11.
- From 2014 through tonight’s win over Wisconsin, Ohio State leads the nation with a .925 winning percentage in conference play. The Buckeyes are now 62-5; Alabama is second at .909 in the SEC.
- With five touchdown passes against Wisconsin, C.J. Stroud is now in sole possession of third place on the all-time touchdown pass leaderboard at Ohio State with 60. He passed Joe Germaine (56), Terrelle Pryor (57) and Bobby Hoying (57) on Saturday and is now within striking distance of Justin Fields, who is in second place (63). Stroud ended the game 17-for-27 for 281 yards.
- The duo of TreVeyon Henderson and Miyan Williams was dominant out of the backfield. Henderson ran for 121 yards on 21 attempts, while Williams had 11 totes for 101 yards and two first-half touchdowns.
- The pair became the first Buckeyes to rush for more than 100 yards in the same game since Trey Sermon (112) and Justin Fields (104) did it against Michigan State in 2020.
- Cade Stover had a huge first quarter against the Badgers, as he had a career-high afour receptions and caught his first two touchdowns as a Buckeye. He finished the day with four catches for 51 yards and the two scores.
- Julian Fleming scored for the second straight game and the third time this season. He totaled 67 yards on four catches.
- Emeka Egbuka has a touchdown catch in every game of 2022 so far and six total all-purpose touchdowns. He hauled in six balls from Stroud against Wisconsin for a team-high 118 yards and two touchdowns.
- Egbuka now has three straight games with more than 100 yards receiving.
- Tommy Eichenberg had a team-best 14 tackles, including seven solo and two tackles for loss. It was a career high for Eichenberg and his second game with double-digit stops as a Buckeye.
- Jack Sawyer recorded a sack for the second consecutive game.
- Tanner McCalister intercepted his first pass since arriving in Columbus and the second of his career.
- Linebacker Steele Chambers and safety Josh Proctor each tallied six tackles; five of Proctor’s six were solo.
