- Ohio State leads the all-time series vs. Indiana 77-12-5. The Buckeyes have won 27 consecutive games between the teams.
- The Buckeyes’ 27-game winning streak vs. Indiana is the nation’s longest against a single opponent.
- With 56 points against Indiana on Saturday, the Buckeyes have now scored 30+ points in 18-consecutive games vs. the Hoosiers.
- Senior captain Kamyrn Babb made a triumphant return to the field, catching an eight-yard touchdown pass. It was his first career catch.
- J. Stroud threw for five touchdowns, the ninth time he has thrown for five or more in his Buckeye career.
- Stroud’s 297 yards put him over 7,000 passing yards for his career, only the fourth Buckeye signal-caller to reach that mark (Bobby Hoying, Art Schlichter, J.T. Barrett).
- Stroud hit the 30-touchdown mark for the season, the seventh time in program history (and the fifth time in six years) a Buckeye quarterback has thrown for at least 30 touchdowns. Stroud joins JT Barrett as the only Buckeye quarterbacks to hit the mark in multiple seasons. (2022/C.J. Stroud (30); 2021/C.J. Stroud (38); 2019/Justin Fields (41); 2018/Dwayne Haskins (50); 2017/J.T. Barrett (35); 2014/J.T. Barrett (34); 2006/Troy Smith (30).
- Xavier Johnson’s 71-yard rushing touchdown in the fourth quarter was the first such score of his career, and his second touchdown overall. The yardage gained nearly doubled his career total up to that point (40 yards).
- Emeka Egbuka’s first-quarter touchdown was his 10th of the season and his eighth through the air. He has scored in eight of the Buckeye’s 10 games.
- Marvin Harrison went for over 100 yards for the fifth time in 2022. He finished with 107 yards on five catches vs. the Hoosiers. Harrison’s 58-yard touchdown grab was his 11th of the season and the longest reception of his career.
- Miyan Williams ran for 147 yards and a touchdown on 15 carries. It was his fifth career 100-yard game and third this season.
- TE Cade Stover has four receptions of 30+ yards, the second-most among Big Ten tight ends. He also caught his fourth and fifth touchdowns of the season in the third quarter.
- Stover, Harrison and Egbuka have a catch in all 10 games of the season.
- Ohio State’s ground game was at its best despite being banged up; the 340 total yards rushing were the most of the season for the Buckeyes. It was the most yards the Buckeyes gained on the ground since rushing for 399 against Northwestern in the Big Ten Championship in 2020.
- Thorpe Award semifinalist Lathan Ransom had a career day, leading the team with seven solo tackles and 1.5 sacks. He also blocked a punt that was recovered at the Indiana two-yard line and led to a touchdown.
- Steele Chambers led the team with 10 total tackles, including a half sack and a tackle for loss.
- Jack Sawyer also had 1.5 sacks vs. the Hoosiers.
- The win improved the Buckeye record to 10-0 on the year. This is the 10th consecutive season with at least 10 wins, excluding the 2020 pandemic campaign when Ohio State played eight games because of a reduced schedule and three cancellations.
