Buckeyes Win Twice vs. Lawrence

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State women's fencing squad defeated Lawrence twice Sunday in Evanston, Illinois, with 25-2 and 23-4 victories. The Buckeye women are now 10-5 this year.
Ohio State won foil 8-1 twice, while epee prevailed 8-1 and 6-3. The Vikings forfeited sabre in both matches.
Individually, in epee, Montserrat Viveros was a team-best 4-0 on the day, with Alexanne Verret 3-1. Camilla Rivano and Grace Seal led foil with two wins each. Jessica Thow (epee) and Emma Montgomery (foil) also posted victories.
