
Five Former Buckeyes are NFL Man of the Year Nominees

COLUMBUS, Ohio – When National Football League teams are playing, it means former Ohio State Buckeyes are playing. And this week, five Buckeyes were named by their respective teams as nominees for the Walter Payton Man of the Year Award. They are:
- Sam Hubbard, defensive end, Cincinnati Bengals
- Denzel Ward, cornerback, Cleveland Browns
- Cameron Heyward, defensive tackle, Pittsburgh Steelers
- Corey Linsley, center, Los Angeles Chargers
- Jerome Baker, linebacker, Miami Dolphins
Ohio State’s five Man of the Year nominees is the most of any school; second is Alabama with four.
