
Buckeyes Down Wisconsin at ITA Indoor Championships

MADISON, Wisc. – The Buckeyes continued their hot streak into Nielsen Tennis Stadium with a win over Wisconsin in the opening round of the ITA Indoor Championship
In doubles, James Trotter and Justin Boulais controlled court two with a dominant 6-1 victory. No. 1 ranked John McNally and Robert Cash clinched the doubles point in a 6-2 victory to gain the match lead.
In singles, No. 70 James Trotter finished with a convincing 6-3, 6-1 win over Lenard Soha increasing the match lead to 2-0. Justin Boulais would follow his doubles partner by defeating Jared Pratt 6-3, 6-3 on court three. Cannon Kingsley clinched the match point for the Buckeyes in a 6-3, 6-4 victory over Gabriel Huber.
Ohio State will face Wake Forest tomorrow in the quarterfinal round at 7:30 p.m. (ET)
