Although this season’s Pro Bowl will not be played due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the NFL has still recognized those players who have made a big difference on the field this season.
Four former Ohio State players were selected to the Pro Bowl for their outstanding efforts during the 2020 NFL season. All four selections made their impact on the defensive side of the ball: defensive linemen Joey Bosa, Cameron Heyward, and Chase Young, and cornerback Marshon Lattimore.

Bosa makes the Pro Bowl for the third time in his five NFL seasons. His stats are worthy of his distinction as the NFL’s highest-paid defensive player: 15 tackles for loss, 7.5 sacks, and one fumble recovery.

Heyward finds himself named to the Pro Bowl for the fourth year in a row. As the NFL’s highest-paid defensive player over 30, he has been a stout interior presence for the Steelers with 42 total tackles, three sacks, and one interception.
Young, the No. 2 overall pick in last year’s NFL draft, has had an outstanding rookie season, recording 5.5 sacks, three forced fumbles, and an impressive 47-yard fumble return for a touchdown.
