
Buckeyes Recognized with Academic All-Big Ten Honors

Ohio State Fall 2019 Academic All-Big Ten selections
COLUMBUS, Ohio – This fall, 112 Ohio State student-athletes have earned Academic All-Big Ten honors, the Big Ten Conference announced Wednesday. In all, 1,385 student-athletes from across the conference were recognized from fall sports.
The 112 honorees is a best for Ohio State, passing the 106 recognized each of the last two falls. The sports included are field hockey, football, men’s and women’s cross country, men’s and women’s soccer and women’s volleyball.
To be eligible for Academic All-Big Ten selection, student-athletes must be on a varsity team, as verified by being on the official squad list as of Nov. 1 for fall sports, who have been enrolled full-time at the institution for a minimum of 12 months and carry a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or higher.
