Ohio State Welcomes Indiana for Homecoming

COLUMBUS, Ohio – No. 3 Ohio State, coming off a thrilling come-from-behind victory at Penn State last Saturday night, returns home to host Indiana on Saturday for Homecoming.
The Buckeyes picked up their second win over a top-15 ranked team last week when it overcame a 26-14 fourth-quarter de?cit to top the Nittany Lions, 27-26, thanks to a 24-yard Dwayne Haskins-to-KJ Hill pass play and a defensive stop on fourth-and-?ve during PSU’s ensuing possession.
Haskins threw for 208 of his 270 yards in the second half and tossed a pair of touchdown passes in the ?nal six minutes of the fourth quarter to lead the comeback. Through ?ve games, he’s completing just over 70 percent of his passes (109-of-154) for a Big Ten-leading 1,464 yards and 19 touchdowns.

Hill leads the team with 27 receptions for 318 yards and two touchdowns while senior Parris Campbell has caught 26 passes for a team-high 359 yards and ?ve touchdowns. Last week, the duo combined for 13 catches, 119 yards and a TD.
Jordan Fuller is the team’s leading tackler with 22 stops while defensive end Dre’Mont Jones has 18 tackles and a team-best 6.5 tackles for loss. Last Saturday, Chase Young contributed six tackles, two sacks, three TFLs, two pass breakups and two quarterback hurries.

This year’s Homecoming will be the 105th recognized on campus and the game vs. Indiana is the 97th official Homecoming game. The Buckeyes are officially 71-19-5 in Homecoming games.
Second-Longest Current Winning Streak
Ohio State has the second-longest winning streak in the Football Bowl Subdivision. The Buckeyes have won 10 consecutive games dating to November of 2017. It is the third double digit winning streak since the beginning of the 2012 season.

Closing in on Two 2,000-Yard Rushers
J.K. Dobbins needs just 217 rushing yards to join Mike Weber (2,072 yards) in the career 2,000-yard rusher club at Ohio State. Ohio State has never had two running backs on the same team with 2,000 career rushing yards.
Scouting Indiana
Indiana comes to Ohio Stadium on Saturday with a 4-1 overall record and 1-1 mark in the Big Ten. It’s coming off a 24-17 win last Saturday on the road against Rutgers.
Quarterback Peyton Ramsey, a sophomore from Cincinnati, is No. 1 in the Big Ten in completion percentage, connecting on 71.0 percent of his passes (Haskins is No. 2, 70.8 percent). He’s thrown for 1,039 yards and eight touchdowns. He’s coming off a 288-yard eff ort last week that included one TD and one INT. He also added 51 yards rushing on 10 carries.
Freshman Stevie Scott currently ranks fourth in the Big Ten is rushing with 464 yards on 98 carries. He ran for a career high 204 yards on 31 carries in a week two win over Virginia to earn Big Ten Freshman of the Week honors.
Jonathan Crawford leads the defense with 26 total tackles, three tackles for loss and one sack. He also had an interception, pass breakup and fumble recovery to his credit. Crawford’s play has keyed a unit that’s allowed 17 points or less in three of the ?rst ?ve games.
