Coach Urban Meyer and his staff prepares their players for life after football with a weekly spring program that brings in guest speakers from various industries such as finance, marketing, retail & insurance to discuss the different skills that will help them be successful in the real world.
Real Life Wednesdays culminate with a job fair where more than 90 local, national & international organizations have presidents and representatives present to exchange information with the team and provide the opportunity to begin a professional network.
