Buckeye Club

No. 2 Buckeyes Return Home, Host Minnesota

Senior David Lighty has been a part of 110 victories during his tenure as a Buckeye. His freshman season Ohio State won 35 games followed by 24 as a sophomore and 29 as a junior in 2009-10. Lighty is credited with seven wins at the start of the 2008-09 season, which ended for the 6-foot-5 guard from Cleveland when he broke his right foot and earned a medical redshirt season. – MORE –

The Buckeye Club is once again issuing the 110% Challenge! Buckeye Club members who join the 110% Team before February 1st will be eligible to win one of 20 new prizes given out including autographed footballs signed by Coach Tressel and the seniors, two suite tickets to the OSU-Michigan State Men’s Basketball game on February 15th or two suite tickets to the March 6th OSU-Wisconsin Men’s Basketball game.- MORE –

Buckeyes chip in with community service work in New Orleans Ninth Ward
New Orleans, La. – Student-athletes, staff, fans and band members from both Ohio State and Arkansas participated in a community service project Monday in the Ninth Ward of New Orleans. Arkansas and Ohio State meet in the 2011 Sugar Bowl Tuesday in the New Orleans Super Dome (8:30 p.m. ET/ESPN).- MORE –
