Carter, Smith, Spielman provide insight on “Mike and Mike in the Morning”
Former Ohio State football standouts Cris Carter, Chris Spielman and Robert Smith all played significant roles in Friday’s “Mike and Mike in the Morning” program on ESPN Radio. Carter, a Buckeye wide receiver from 1984-86 and all-pro with Minnesota in his NFL career, served as guest co-host with Erik Kuselias, filling in for daily hosts Mike Greenberg and Mike Golic.
Spielman, a Rose Bowl champion teammate of Carter’s at OSU as part of the same recruiting class, joined the show to talk about the recent topics surrounding the landscape of college football. Within the segment, Carter and Spielman looked back upon their experience at Ohio State and Carter explained how he would have loved to have played out his senior season. Listen to the segment here
Smith, a Buckeye running back from 1990-92, chimed in on some of the same collegiate items and also discussed the NFL with Carter, who he played alongside in Minnesota. Listen to that segment here
