OFFICIAL RULES
How to Play: Sweepstakes begins on or about 09/01/10 and ends on 01/05/11 (the “Promotion Period”). There are two (2) ways to participate; (1) Visit a participating ampm in Ohio to get a free game piece (while supplies last, at participating retailers), or 2.) Attend the Ohio Buckeye football home games in Fall 2010 for a free game piece (while supplies last).
You may play once per day via the scratch card during the Promotion Period.
The ampm Buckeye Bowl Bonanza (the “Sweepstakes”) begins September 1, 2010 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on January 5, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Eligibility: To be eligible, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the state of Ohio. Employees of BP, ampm, its subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retail dealers, advertising and promotional agencies, and any other individual or entity directly involved with this sweepstakes, including immediate family members or those living in the same household, are not eligible. All federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply.
Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by ampm, BP West Coast Products LLC, 4 Centerpointe Drive, La Palma, CA 90623.
Prizes: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won. One (1) Grand Prize constitutes four (4) tickets to the Buckeye Bowl (January 2011 – City TBD). Trip does not include airfare, accommodations or any travel related expenses. All prizes and their respective Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) are listed below:

ARV of all 300,000 prizes available to be won: $348,515.84.
Odds: 300,000 Scratch Cards available. Based upon a total of 300,000 potential plays, the odds of winning a Grand Prize is approximately 1:300,000 and winning any other prize is approximately 299,999:300,000.
Prize Claims: To claim ampm food and drink prizes from winning scratch-off cards, present the winning scratch-off to a participating Ohio ampm retailer. All store-level prizes must be claimed by 1/5/2011.
To claim Grand Prize, Ohio State Team Shop gift card or signed OSU merchandise prizes make a copy of the winning game card for your own records & mail the original Game Card along with your name, address, phone number and email to: “ampm Buckeye Bowl Bonanza Prize Claim,” C/o Mindshare Performance, 2425 Olympic Blvd, Suite 2000W, Santa Monica, CA 90404.
For Grand Prize and signed OSU merchandise claims we suggest winners send via registered or trackable mail as Sponsor is not responsible for lost, damaged, late or misdirected mail.
OSU Gift Card and merchandise mailed prize claims must be postmarked by 1/5/2011, and are subject to validation. Mailed prize claim will be redeemed within 4-6 weeks. If Grand Prize claim is received after 12/15/2010 the Grand Prize will be awarded for the Buckeye Bowl game associated with the 2011 season in January 2012.
Conditions and Limitations: All entries become the property of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted, and no cash equivalent for any prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any submitted winning game card that is tampered with, forged, illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, or obtained through unauthorized distribution channels, will be null and void. In the event of a printing or production-related error, Neither Sponsor, nor its advertising/ promotions agencies, participating retailers, nor their respective agents or suppliers shall have any liability. Liability for any irregular, damaged, or missing game pieces is limited to a free replacement, while supplies last. If by printing error more than one (1) Grand Prize, three (3) signed OSU Merchandise prizes or one hundred (100) $25 OSU Store gift cards prizes are produced as winning cards in the game, the Grand Prize. Signed merchandise and gift cards will be awarded on a “first winning scratch card received-first awarded” basis up to the number specified in the Official rules. In no event shall more prizes be awarded than the number of each type stated in the “Prizes” section above.
Winner of the Grand Prize will be required to fill out and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, as well as a W-9 tax form upon their notification, to be returned within 10 days. In the event any element of any prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor, Sponsor shall have no obligation to provide a substitute prize. All costs and expenses not specified herein, related to the acceptance and use of prize, including but not limited to lodging, transportation costs, meals, taxes (including income and withholding taxes) and gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable Federal, State and local taxes on the prizes.
Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering, all entrants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor from any claim, injury, damage, liability or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in this Sweepstakes and/or from the acceptance, receipt and/or use of any prize or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any prize.
Winners List: For names and city/state of the major prize winners of this sweepstakes, send a selfaddressed, stamped, #10 envelope (after January 15, 2011, but no later than March 1, 2011 to: “ampm Buckeye Bowl Bonanza” Winner List, c/o Mindshare Performance, 2425 Olympic Blvd, Suite 2000W, Santa Monica, CA 90404 .
