COLUMBUS, Ohio – Two Ohio State juniors who know what the experience of playing in an NCAA tournament is all about – Courtney Jenkins and Lauren Steuer – share some insight before the Buckeyes take on Oregon State Friday at 7:30 p.m. in an NCAA first-round match at Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium.
The two three-year starters for coach Lori Walker’s team sat down with OhioStateBuckeyes.com and spoke of the team’s near Big Ten championship season, the keys to the team’s success, what they’ll share with the younger players who have yet to play on the big NCAA stage, and much more.
It was a windy day so, at times, there were some sound technical difficulties. The wind even blew over the bench on the upper practice field during one of the interviews. No one was hurt but it was an exciting moment.
