COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Ohio State women’s soccer team continued their preparation today for the NCAA first round matchup with Oregon State at 7:30 p.m. Friday.
The Buckeyes had an early morning practice Wednesday and will practice at 9 a.m. tomorrow. After practice, OhioStateBuckeyes.com had a chance to talk with sophomore defenders and Dublin natives Colleen Brady and Danielle Scoliere.
Brady has tallied two goals and an assist this season. Both of her goals were game-winners, coming against North Texas and Purdue. Scoliere has a pair of assists, her first coming on Paige Maxwell’s game-winner against Bowling Green. The two have been crucial pieces to a defense that ranks fourth nationally in shutout percentage, blanking 13 of their 19 opponents so far this season.
