Wrestling Video: Nikko Triggas Recaps Gold Medal Performance at Pan America Championships – Ohio State Buckeyes

After winning back-to-back gold medals at the 2008 Pan American Championships in Cuenca, Ecuador, in both the freestyle and Greco-Roman competitions a little more than three weeks ago, Nikko Triggas is looking forward to a much-deserved rest during the summer with family and friends in his hometown of Moraga, Calif.

Triggas, who just completed his freshman season at Ohio State, caught up with OhioStateBuckeyes.com to reflect on his success in Ecuador and his first season as a Buckeye and what he has to do to earn that coveted All-America honor in the coming years.
