BANANA FROSTIE
This wonderful shake tastes sinfully good, and it’s also excellent poured over your morning bowl of cereal. If you use less milk, you’ll end up with banana “ice cream” thick enough to be eaten with a spoon.
| 1 banana, in frozen chunks 1 cup milk, preferably low-fat |
Optional: Honey, Brown Sugar, or a Sugar Substitute; Dash of Cinnamon; teaspoon Vanilla
1. Put frozen banana chunks into a blender with milk.
2. Blend on medium speed until smooth.
3. If desired, add sweetener and flavorings.
