Facility Rental Guidelines
(Ohio Stadium)
The Ohio State University offers a variety of venues available to the public for events such as banquets, receptions, meetings, lectures, or conferences. Each event is planned carefully with great attention to detail, in order to assure that our facilities provide you with everything necessary for a successful event. The Ohio Stadium, our most popular site for rental, offers many different rooms to the potential customer.

Scheduling
Events are not scheduled in Ohio Stadium on days prior to or following home football games. For availability of specific dates and times, contact the Event Management and Facility Scheduling Office.
Rental Period
The rental period for all events must be complete by 11:00 p.m. on the day of the rental.
All events will be given a two-hour period prior to the event and one hour following the event for the set-up, deliveries, tear down, etc. associated with the event. Any time needed in addition to this will be added to the rental period.
Facility Policies
No items may be suspended or secured from the ceiling or lights in any room.
Any plan to use adhesives on the walls or windows must be approved by the facility operations staff.
Directions to Ohio Stadium
Take State Route 315 and exit at the Lane Avenue Exit. Turn east off the exit in the direction of the campus. At the light at the intersection of Lane Avenue and Fyffe Road, turn right. Continue until you see a light, and turn left onto Woody Hayes. At this point, see the directions below in order to drive to the Recruit Room or the Huntington Club Entrance.
Yassennoff Recruit Room
As you go down Woody Hayes, you will see the stadium to your right. At the second light, turn right onto Tuttle Drive. Upon turning right, continue until you approach a large turn-around area in front of a building (Larkins Hall) – as you approach this area, directly to your right will be the entrance to the Yassennoff Recruit Room near Gate 32. The entrance will have a red canopy above the doors. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor.
Huntington Club Entrance / University Suite
In order to visit the Club Entrance, continue down Woody Hayes and at the first light, make a right onto Cannon Drive. Continue down Cannon Drive and follow the road as it veers to the right. You will see an area to the left where there is additional parking; turn into this area (the stadium entrance will be visible just to your left at this point). Drive along the stadium until you see a set of glass doors between gates 17 and 23. This is the entrance you will need to use. Take the elevator to “CL” for the Club Level, or “S3” to the University Suite.
Parking
Along Tuttle Drive, you will see a parking garage to your left (Tuttle Garage). This garage is directly across from the stadium. Both the Recruit Room and the Club Entrance are within a very close range from the garage, and one can easily walk to either location.
Guests attending your event may either purchase single-day permits and park in the Tuttle Garage or, for $1 per guest, the university will waiver the hangtag requirements for the day, allowing your guests to park in the Ohio Stadium lot without risk of being fined (availability of this service depends on date, time, and number of guests attending the event).
