Promotional Activity, Fundraiser & Donation Requests Due to the volume of requests the athletics department receives, we are unable to respond to every request. You will be contacted within two weeks if we are able to fulfill your request. To be considered, all requests must allow a minimum two weeks notice. Information provided on the applicable form will be used to help the compliance staff evaluate your request. Please use the student-athlete promotional activity waiver/donation request form for written approval for requesting student-athlete(s) participation in any charitable or non-profit activity for which the student-athlete(s) name, picture or personal appearance will be used or if requesting items to be donated for a fundraising event.
