Men’s and Women’s Gymnastics on the Big Ten Network – Ohio State Buckeyes

Both the men’s and women’s team will have two meets aired
COLUMBUS, Ohio In the upcoming 2008 season, fans of Ohio State gymnastics will have the chance to watch their Buckeyes in regular-season action across the country on national television for the first time in program history as both the men’s and women’s teams will have two meets aired on the Big Ten Network.
Buckeye fans will be able to watch the women’s gymnastics team make its Big Ten Network debut as the Ohio State vs. Iowa meet will be televised on tape delay at 6 p.m. Feb. 14. Carey Fagan, women’s gymnastics head coach, and her squad travel to Iowa City, Iowa, for the conference duel at 8 p.m. Feb. 9.
Next the network comes to historic St. John Arena for a co-ed meet as the Buckeyes welcome Penn State. Featuring the reigning NCAA men’s gymnastics champions and Fagan’s alma mater, the network will air the matchup on delay at 4 p.m. March 2. The competition will be held in Columbus Feb. 28 at 6 p.m.
On the road, the men’s gymnastics team’s dual vs. league-rival Michigan will be the final test of the regular season and its second competition aired on the network. Head coach Miles Avery and the Buckeyes’ last test before the championship season will be broadcasts to viewers at 8 p.m. March 29 on delay from the meet scheduled at 7 p.m. March 22 in Ann Arbor, Mich.
