OSU Assistant Football Coach Hospitalized – Ohio State Buckeyes

COLUMBUS, Ohio: Ohio State assistant football coach Joe Daniels was admitted to The Ohio State University Medical Center’s Richard M. Ross Heart Hospital Friday Morning after experiencing chest pains while at work.
Daniels underwent a heart catheterization procedure and is currently undergoing further testing. He is expected to remain hospitalized for several days.
Daniels, 63, has been a member of the Ohio State staff since 2001. He coaches the Buckeyes’ quarterbacks and also serves as the passing game coordinator.
