| Ted Ginn Jr. returned a punt 60 yards for a touchdown in the second quarter of the Buckeyes’ 38-7 victory at Michigan State last Saturday. The junior receiver broke the conference record he previously held with Iowa’s Tim Dwight and now is just two touchdowns shy of equaling the NCAA career record of eight punt return scores held by Texas Tech’s Wes Walker and Oklahoma’s Antonio Perkins. It was Ginn’s fifth career touchdown against the Spartans. The Cleveland native was named the Big Ten’s special team’s player of the week, earning the honor for the third straight season. |
