Senior linebacker A.J. Hawk has been nominated for USA Player of the Week. Voting will take place Monday with the winner announced Tuesday.
Hawk led Ohio State with 10 tackles in a 31-6 win over Iowa last Saturday. He is the team leader in tackles (40), solo tackles (20) and assisted tackles (40). He also has 5.5 tackles-for-loss and 3.5 sacks on the season.
